Trish Weaver and Roy Niedermayer of the firm’s Appellate Practice group recently filed a Brief in the United States Supreme Court in a complex estate case (Carlton Green, Personal Representative of the Estate of Walter Green, et al., v. Helen Nassif).
It is a Brief in Opposition to Petition For Writ of Certiorari presented on behalf of their client, Ms. Nassif, who prevailed on appeal before both the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the Maryland Court of Appeals.
